Amerika Qo`shma Shtatlarida havo rekord darajada sovib ketdi. Qishki bo`ron va qalin qor oqibatida elektr tokida uzilishlar sodir bo`ldi, millionlab odamlar elektrsiz qoldi. 

Mamlakatning rasmiy OAVlari kamida 20 ta o`lim holati qayd etilgani haqida xabar berdi.  Ob-havoning keskin o`zgarishiAQShda olib borilayotgan COVID-19 ga qarshi emlash harakatlariga ham  ta`sirini o`tkazdi. 

AQSh milliy ob-havo xizmati havoning past darajasi va sodir bo`layotgan bo`ronlarning tez sur`atlarda kuchaygani kutilmagan holat ekanini ma`lum qildi.

Nebraska shtatidagi bir kecha-kunduzda harorat minus 30 S bo`ldi, bu 25 yil ichidagi eng sovuq ko`rsatkich.

G`arbiy Tennesi shtatida esa, 10 yoshli bola muz bilan qoplangan suv havzasiga tushib, vafot etdi.

Rekord darajadagi eng past havo ko`rsatkichlari quyidagi shtatlarda qayd etildi: Minnesota shtatida minus -39 darajani, Janubiy Dakotada  minus -26S gacha tushdi.

Havo yo`l qatnovlariga ham ta`sir ko`rsatdi. Jumladan, yarim kunning o`zidayoq AQShning 2700 dan ortiq reyslari bekor qilindi.
